Mission statement

Eli Auto & Towing LLC is a one-stop-shop where all automotive repair needs can be met with quality and timely work by using easily accessible vendors, a new three-bay building that includes three vehicle lifts (all different weight ratings), tools and equipment for each type of job, utilizing up-to-date software for diagnostics and estimations, and also by taking detailed notes when making appointments.  Customers can relax in the waiting room while watching TV, reading a magazine or tapping into WiFi. 

 

Our core values of safety, quality and honesty flow through the entire process from start to finish.  It is important to maintain a positive environment with good old fashioned manners and respect, showing appreciation for customers and employees are key ingredients to that success.  Obtaining customer approval before any repairs and keeping in constant communication with customers regarding the state of their vehicle and the repair job in progress is important to eliminate any surprises.  Having friendly technicians who are willing to explain the intricate details of the job will put customers at ease.  Giving back to the community is important to Eli Auto & Towing.  We have contributed donations for several different types of events from benefits that help someone with medical bills to the Boy Scout box car derby.   

 

Company Overview

Eli Auto & Towing LLC is a limited liability company located at 162 West street in the village of Boonville.  There are two LLC members and one employee.  Joshua Kent is an LLC Member, Automotive Repair Technician, Tow Truck Operator and Shop Manager.  He grew up on a farm working on tractors and equipment; it is second nature to fix something that is broken.  He attended BOCES for automotive repair training and attended Nashville Auto Diesel School after high school.  After college he worked in different positions in the auto repair industry and also as an electrician before bootstrapping an auto repair and towing business in 2008.  Shauna Kent is an LLC Member and Business Manager and started working as a partner in 2013.  She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, several years of work experience in banking, accounting, compliance and customer service.  Brad Young, Automotive Repair Technician and Tow Truck Operator, attended BOCES for automotive repair training and has more than 15 years of experience.  Services provided are all general automotive repairs on all makes and models from classic to brand new, tire sales and services, digital camera alignments, New York State inspections, diesel repairs, transmission rebuilds, 24 hour towing and roadside services to include jump starts, tire changes, lock outs, fuel delivery and winching.
